General Counseling
Counseling is always helpful. In counseling, you can explore potential avenues of healing through taking a look at your lifestyle in all domains of health including physical, psychological, social, and spiritual. Exploring hobbies, talents, and skills and beginning to engage in these, regularly, is helpful. In addition, diet and exercise can play an instrumental role, as well as processing beliefs that contribute to good physical and mental health. Processing issues can allow for catharsis, healing, closure, and an improved quality of life.
Anxiety & Depression
